Delete Your Data

TopTenArr is self-hosted. Almost everything the app knows about you — your Plex token, your Radarr/Sonarr URLs and API keys, your library choices, your sync history — is stored only in the app's own database on your own device or server. We never receive it and cannot delete it for you, because we do not have it.

Two small things do reach our servers, and this page is how you get rid of them.

1. Delete everything on your device

Uninstall the app. On Android TV: Settings → Apps → TopTenArr → Uninstall. In Docker: stop the container and delete its config/ volume. That removes the local database in full, including your Plex token and any Radarr/Sonarr API keys. Nothing needs to be requested from us for this step, and it takes effect immediately.

Uninstalling does not remove the collections TopTenArr created inside your Plex library, because those belong to your Plex server, not to us. Delete them in Plex if you want them gone.

2. Request deletion of what we hold

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. So we can find your records, include whichever of these you have:

You do not need an account to make this request; TopTenArr has no accounts of its own. We action deletion requests within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done.

3. What gets deleted

4. What we keep, and why

If you ask us to delete a licence record, that licence stops working — deletion and a refund are different requests, and deleting the record does not refund the purchase. We may retain the minimum billing record our payment processor and tax law require (an order ID and amount, held by Stripe, not by us). We do not keep a shadow copy of deleted feedback.

5. Questions
